Ruth Ann Middlebrooks has focused her career in the areas of probate, trusts administration, fiduciary accounting and estate planning. She received a legal assistant certificate from the University of Oklahoma Law Center in 1980 and has worked as a legal assistant/paralegal in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Seattle, Washington.
